Assess each shipment against sample classification, required temperature range, packaging and destination. Temperature logging equipment, recording scope and data delivery are agreed for each project.
GENORDA provides chemical and dangerous goods export services for companies in China, with Hong Kong as its core operating hub. Customers can request an assessment without choosing a departure gateway in advance.
Who can enquire?
Chemical businesses, research companies, traders and laboratories in mainland China can submit cargo information for assessment.
Where is the work performed?
Mainland coordination is arranged per project through Shenzhen Kangjienuoda International Logistics Co., Ltd. or the actual executing party. GENORDA handles Hong Kong operations within its actual service and permission scope.
How is the destination assessed?
Each shipment is reviewed for classification, quantity, packaging, recipient import readiness and carrier requirements. Mainland pickup area, vehicle qualifications, handover point and fees require separate confirmation.
Review these conditions before preparing an enquiry. Preliminary review, carrier acceptance and a final quotation are separate steps. Options depend on complete cargo details, the requirements of each transport leg and carrier acceptance. You do not need to choose a departure gateway first.
Suitable clients
Pharmaceutical research businesses, CROs, reagent suppliers and laboratories with a defined storage temperature range and intended use.
Customers shipping research reagents, non-infectious samples or other temperature-sensitive cargo subject to shipment-specific assessment.
Project teams able to provide risk, import-readiness and packaging information for individual review.
Documents and cargo details
Sample name, intended use, source, quantity and material description; provide complete MSDS documents for chemical components and risk/classification information for biological samples.
Required temperature range, allowable excursions, maximum acceptable transport time and recipient receiving arrangements.
Inner and outer packaging, coolant type and quantity, dimensions, gross weights and photographs; list dry ice separately.
Destination import readiness, applicable permits, planned date and required temperature-recording scope.
Review steps
Review material characteristics and dangerous goods or infectious substance classification; research use alone does not establish non-dangerous status.
Review origin, route-leg and destination requirements and confirm carrier and recipient acceptance conditions.
Assess packaging, coolant, handovers and delay arrangements for the agreed range; specify the logger and recording scope.
Confirm costs and timing boundaries for the shipment; provide available delivery and temperature records according to the agreed scope.
Possible reasons for refusal
Put arrangements on hold when sample risk, classification, intended use or required permits cannot be checked.
Infectious, radioactive or controlled materials may be refused if they fall outside the available service’s acceptance scope.
Do not tender cargo if packaging, coolant, the temperature-control plan or recipient receiving arrangements cannot be confirmed.
Cost components
Freight for the applicable service plus dangerous goods, dry ice, fuel and other applicable surcharges.
Temperature-control packaging, coolant, packing work and any agreed temperature logger.
Agreed pickup, transfers, storage, documentation and customs coordination charges.
Specify conditions and responsible parties for replenishment, data preparation, destination taxes or exceptional handling where applicable; no fixed temperature-control duration is promised.
FedEx Hong Kong dangerous goods shippingCheck dangerous goods service and acceptance limits; confirm the actual product, quantities, destination and shipment with the carrier.
· This date records the check of public rule sources and the service conditions described on this page. The rules in force and carrier confirmation apply to each shipment.
After preparing your cargo details, share them by WeCom or email. Acceptance and the final quotation require confirmation for the shipment.
For reagents and samples requiring 2-8°C, review classification, available services, packaging and coolant for the shipment.
-20°C frozen shipments
Clinical samples and reagents
Assess packaging and coolant against the required frozen range, sample properties and planned route. No uniform temperature guarantee is given.
Dry ice temperature-control assessment
Frozen biological samples
Temperature-control duration requires actual project records; no unsupported duration is presented as a verified result.

FAQ
Q: How long can dry ice temperature control last?
Temperature-control duration requires actual project records; no unsupported duration is presented as a verified result.
Q: What information is required to assess a research sample export?
A: Provide sample name, properties, use, quantity, packaging and temperature requirements. Attach complete MSDS documents for chemicals and risk/classification information for biological samples. Invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods declarations and import permits are checked against the material, route and destination.
Q: Can temperature records be provided?
A: A temperature logger can be assessed for the project. Agree recording start and end points, measurement location, sampling and data format in advance. Deliver the records actually available after receipt; a planned recording scope is not a verified result.
Q: Can clinical samples be transported?
A: Provide clinical sample properties, use and infectious risk/classification information. Research use alone does not establish non-dangerous status. Infectious substances require checks of available services, packaging and import requirements; do not tender them if acceptance cannot be confirmed.
Q: What is needed before a quotation?
A: Provide sample name and properties, applicable MSDS or biological risk information, temperature requirements, quantity, packaging, origin, destination and planned date. After confirming receipt and checking missing information, customer service confirms assessment and quotation arrangements for the shipment.
